Wherever you are in your life, whatever your circumstances, you have the ability to live a healthy, vibrant, creative and deeply satisfying life. I would be honored to support you in that process.
I have always had a sensitive body, which at times seemed like a curse, but now is a great blessing and teacher to me. I have transformed my health by changing my way of relating to my body, by practicing mind-body healing techniques and by joyfully committing to the practice of self care. Today I live in respect, harmony and friendship with my body and enjoy daily practices that build, rather than destroy, my health.
My own health and every area of my life has been positively transformed by the practices and ways of being that I now teach to others through private coaching, speaking, workshops, articles and CDS.
